Reviews should describe genuine experiences. Businesses can respond and correct factual information, but community opinions are not silently rewritten for commercial reasons.

You can manage account information, notification preferences and saved activity from Settings. Contact support if you need help with access or privacy. Tickets bought from other providers remain subject to their terms.
